GTB10、LPB2系列產品是在GTB6、LPB1系列產品的基礎上研制出來的無觸點保磁控制設備,具有GTB10系列產品的所有功能。并有如下特點:
1、開關導向系統采用國際上較先進的IGBT技術,開關時間短,功耗小,控制方便,本身具有短路保護。
2、控制方式采用全電子數字控制技術,單板電腦芯片指令,能精確地控制各摸擬量,提高了各項技術指標的精度,具有多路故障檢測系統,整體保護功能強,減少了各部件的故障率,可靠性高。
3、采用小信號控制大功率元件,吸、放轉換采用無觸點電子開關,保護接觸器的開通與關斷采用零電流工作方式,因而無電火花,無燥聲,無機械振動,無電磁干擾。
4、采用多點電壓檢測,對于過壓,欠壓,停電都有超強控制系統,反應速度快,回位準確,并提供電池容量報警,避免因電池使用時間過長而失效引起的停電保磁故障。
5、采用多點電流檢測,對短路、過流、回路阻塞,都產生報警信號,提醒用戶關機檢查。所有報警都有定位指示,便于維修。
6、采用逆變回存技術,能量饋送電網。
Product series GTB1O、LPB2 is a kind of non-contact magnetism-maintaining ar power failure control system developed based on product series GTB6、LPBI, which integrates all functions of product series CTB10 as well as the following features:
1.swich guiding system using intemational advanced IGBT technology featuring rapid switching time,low pow consumption,easy control and safe short circuit protection.
2.Control mode using electronic digital control technology and single board computer chip command to precisely control all analogue indexes so as to improve the precision of all technical data.lts mulri-line error detecting ssstem ensures high reliability and strong integrity protection function to minimize the error rate of all spare parts.
3.Using low signal to control high power components.Using non -contact electronic switches to control the changeover of attaching and releasing operation.Protection contactors are engaged or disengaged by zero current operating modes.No electric spark,no noise,no mechanical vibration and no electromagnetic interference.
4.Super control system using muli -point voltage detection to monitor over voltage,under voltage and power failure,featuring rapid respondence,accurate reset and batery capacity alam. Thus,errors under magnetism maintaining at power failure caused by the batteries in long-term service can be avoided.
5.Using multi-point current detection to make alarm signals upon short circuit,over current,circuit ioop blocked and alert the customer to turn off the machine ta check, All alarms have positioning indicators for easy maintenance.
6.Using contravariant retum storage technology to feed the energy back ta power supply network.

選型及注意事項Attentions for model selection
1、電磁鐵額定電壓與設備輸出電壓相符;電磁鐵的電流(消耗功率)之和應小于或等于整流控制設備的輸出電流(功率)。
2、起重設備提升機構的電磁抱閘,在不使行車UPS電源的情況下,應改為直流電磁抱閘。
3、工作環境溫度在50℃以上,或有改型、擴容等特殊要求,訂貨時需注明。
1.The rated voirage of the elecrromagnet is in conform with the outgn volrage of the equipments:The total current (consumption povwerlof the electromagnet shall be less than or equal to the output current (pover)of the commutation controlling units.
2.Electromagnetic band -type brake of lifting device of the lifn equipmenm shall be changed into DC electromagnetic band -type brake when the UPS power source of the crane is not available.
3.Environment working temperature shall be over 50℃,lf there is other special requirements for modificationenlarging the capacity etc,shall nore when ordered.
